My name is Teodoro, and as a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor, I am here to provide a safe and confidential space for your emotional journey, tailored to your unique needs. My work integrates different approaches and techniques during the counselling sessions, combining the tools that best suit you as an individual—whether we are exploring past experiences or building new strategies for resilience and growth. My approach is flexible and responsive, ensuring that you find understanding, empowerment, and support at every step of your process.

Teodoro is a patient, gentle and compassionate therapist. We worked together for two years, during which time I became aware of and responsible for my agency and boundaries in a way that wasn't accessible before therapy.
